Functional nutritional therapy is a whole-body approach to understanding health and well-being that can be applied to many different illnesses. With every client I focus on an individual’s unique genetic, biochemical, and nutritional status, customized treatment plans can be implemented to get to the root cause of your health issues. The GAPS program focuses on gut-related diseases in children and adults: specifically, Autism, ADD/ADHD, Dyslexia, Depression, Dyspraxia, OCD, and other diseases whose origins are gut-related.
Almost every condition can benefit from functional nutritional therapy, including but not limited to:
IBS/IBD and all digestive symptoms like gas, bloating, and constipation
Heart disease and high blood pressure

My Services
Initial Nutritional Consultation
During our first visit, we will discuss your current and past health, your family medical history and your goals. Your initial visit will be approximately 1 hour. A protocol will be designed specifically for you according to your unique needs. Often times due to the client’s desire for more comprehensive guidelines, a second 30-60 minutes appointment may be scheduled within one week of the initial appointment. At the second visit, we will discuss in greater detail dietary and lifestyle recommendations, suggested nutritional supplementation.

Pediatric Nutritional Consultation
As Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Certified Gaps Practitioner I have extensive combined experience and success in treating children with eczema, allergies, digestive issues, asthma, chronic ear infections and many disorders that affect the brain, mood, behavior, and learning. I want to help parents raise the absolute healthiest and happiest children, and will support you along the journey.

During a pediatric consultation, I will go over:​

Any past labs your child has done
Your concerns and questions
A personalized treatment plan, based on current research and your child's needs

Follow Up Consultation
In our follow up 45-60 minute sessions, we will review progress, conduct any reassessments as needed, adjust your dietary plan if needed, and update your personalized plan.
